SCHEDULE CHANGE POLICY

Class changes, even academically valid changes, after the master class schedule has been created undermine the very core of the master class schedule process. Withdrawals from classes could jeopardize the offering of any course, especially second semester, which will have a direct impact on the other students enrolled and their class schedules. A “W” (withdrawal) will be placed on a student’s transcript when there is withdrawal from any requested class each quarter the class was scheduled.  Students are responsible for ensuring their schedule and/or adjusted schedule meet athletic/extracurricular eligibility requirements. A “W/F” (withdrawal/fail) will be placed on a student’s transcript if the student drops after the first week of class.
